We are inspired by Intermarkā€™s dedication to service. This culture of giving back to the community prompted our decision to serve. Last week, we had the opportunity to give back to the community by serving dinner at Ronald McDonald House (RMHC). RMHC keeps families with sick children together and provides close proximity to the care and resources they need. RMHC hosts up to 73 families each night and provides meals for everyone in the house.
Since 1974, RMHC has created programs that strengthen families during difficult times. RMHC provides vital resources and compassionate care to children and their families under medical care or hospitalization worldwide.
As an intern team, we reached out to RMHC to ask how we could help. We were excited to have the opportunity to provide dinner for all the families. We served breakfast for dinner which included pancakes, bacon, eggs and other breakfast items.
This was a great way to give back to this organization that serves others so selflessly! During meal time, we enjoyed spending time with the families and hearing their stories.
